They are sweet and feminine with an old fashioned flare, but you can make it feel modern day with basic dark skinnies and some metallic flats or riding boots.
Keep it Casual: Give a sweet and simple knit dress some edge with a wide leather belt, tights, and riding boots. Take the look into cold weather with a chunky knit cardigan.
Dress it Up: Colored bottoms continue into fall as a hot item. Pair a polka dot version of the neckline with a jewel toned or autumn hue, and animal print chunky heels.
