It’s MAY! The coldest/longest/snowiest/hardest winter is behind us!
After showing you Spring trends, we have been keeping our own Warm Weather Wish Lists of items that we hope to be living in all Summer long. Maybe they’ll inspire you when you’re out shopping for your own wardrobe. Or maybe they’ll inspire your husband with an idea for a Mother’s Day gift (it’s May 11th, hint hint). 😉
Either way, when shopping for Spring and Summer, there are 3 things that we think about before adding items to our lists. One: is it versatile? Can you dress it up or down – wear it from an afternoon at the pool to dinner on the patio? Two: does it go with more than one other thing in your closet? No impulse buys here – we are big on getting the maximum use out of items in our wardrobe! Three: do we love it? Does it add an element of fun, a pop of color, or have something unique about it?
